北京で風邪をひいたら
白湯（温かいもの）を飲めとよく言われます。
どんな薬よりまず白湯を飲んでと言われます。
先日私が風邪をひいたとき「白湯飲んだ？」と
病院の先生からも言われました。
私の感じとしては、中国人は点滴と民間療法が大好きです。
風邪をひいたと言うと
「病院行った？」
「点滴してもらいなよ」
「白湯飲んだ？」
この辺が一番よく聞かれることです。
日本人はあまり言わないですよね。
でも白湯はかなり効果があると思います。 是非試してみてください。
