皆様はじめまして。今日からセンターで勤めさせていただくことになりました、
田村と申します。出身は宮崎県です。中国には留学で6年滞在し、最近北京人
の男性と結婚いたしましたので、永住確定（？）の予感です。まだまだ未熟者
ですが、皆様のお力になれるよう努力して参る所存です。
さて、今日はいつもウェブログを担当している皆様お馴染みの植木に代わり、
新人の私が今日の出来事をお伝えしたいと思います。
午前中、移転先の病院である西山病院へと行ってまいりました。同病院は北京の
中心部より北西部の方角に位置し、付近に紅葉で有名な香山公園があります。山の手
ですので便利とは言えませんが、毎日渋滞で悩む市内に比べると排気ガスなど
の臭いは少なく空気のきれいな所だという印象でした。噂では病院付近の別荘に
江沢民元主席も住んでいるとか？？
同病院の外見は中国映画の文化大革命時代で描かれるような病院像（大げさ！？）
で、エントランスは光の入りが悪いのか暗い感じがしました。2階のリハビリセンターを
訪れると、病院やエントランスの感じとは対照的にとびきり明るく若い先生が温かく迎えて
くれ、廊下にはたくさん欧米人の患者さんや付き添いの方々が行き来していること、
その外見と中身のギャップにとても驚きました。
リハビリ科主任の方にお会いし、西山病院同センターの概要について少しお聞きして
きました。新人の私はリハビリについてまだまだ詳しくありませんが、主任のお話では
他の国と比べると料金も安く、中国ならではの東洋医学療法である針・気功・薬湯
などを取り入れたリハビリも行っているとのこと。更に感心したのはリハビリ時に「足を
上げる・下げる」など片言の日本語が出来るスタッフもいることです。
肝心の施設やリハビリ内容などについては私の先輩方々より聞きましたが、実際見た
感想などを次回更に知識を付けた上で書いてまいります。
