A・T様がよくくしゃみをするようになりました。経鼻経管食用のチューブで鼻の粘
膜が刺激されているようですが、ご家族の話によりますと以前はくしゃみ自体あまり
しなかったそうで、くしゃみをする力もなかったとのこと。これも一種の改善ではな
いかと見られています。
本日も飲み込みとスピーチを懸命に練習されました。スピーチの先生のお話では
2日前よりも口の動きが良くなっているとのこと。そして上下唇をしっかりとくっ付ける
ことができるようになってきています。飲み込みのリハビリも頑張っておられます。
スプーンでゆっくりお水を飲む練習ですが、やはり経管食のチューブが邪魔になり、
むせてしまいます。でも少しずつ良くなってきています。明日も頑張りましょうね！

本日、T・T様の付き添いの1人であるお姉様が帰国の途に着かれました。慣れな
い異国の地での生活、何かと不便なこともあったと思います。日本でゆっくりお休み
下さいね。
昨晩、T・T様はお腹の調子も悪くあまり眠れなかったそうです。薬を飲み少し良く
なったそうですが、やはり少しお疲れ気味なのでしょうか。重湯やジュースを口から
飲む練習は毎日欠かさずしており、日に日にうまくなっています。今夜は睡眠不足
を解消して、元気を取り戻してくださいね！
