T.Tさん、今日も理学療法士と一緒に歩く練習です。理学療法士の方は先日怪我した膝が痛そうでしたが、今日もT.Tさんの全体重ともいえる体を支えてくれました。但し、T.Tさん楽な方へ楽な方へ考えてしまうところがあって、時々手を抜いてしまいます。口や手足の運動なども習い、口のなどは朝昼晩1セットするよう教わったのですが、やりたがりません。良くはなりたいそうですが、もう少し努力しないとだめですよ！
ただ、今日は理学療法が終わった後、今まで出たがらなかったのですが、初めて病室から出て、病棟を車椅子で散歩しました！ちょっと疲れたそうですが、ご満足の様子でした。
明日はやる気満々で頑張ってくださいね！

A.Tさん、今日は作業療法士の方に、首のマッサージをしてもらいました。首の力が足りないせいか、頭を後ろに倒すととカクンと落ちてしまい、自分の首の力でで頭を持ち上げることが出来ないからです。首のマッサージをしてもらった後、いつも通り腕を挙げる練習を始めると、なんと！
上にまっすぐ挙げた状態を維持できるようになっていました！
A.Tさんだけでなく作業療法士の方も、目に見えた効果があったので「やりがいがある」と、喜んでいらっしゃいました。
