19日土曜日、T.TさんA.Tさん共にご帰国されました。T.Tさん、A.Tさん共に経鼻経管を取り外してのご帰国となりました。ただ、T.Tさんの乗る飛行機の離陸時間が3時間も遅れ、空港でずっと待機することになり、大変でした。
T.TさんA.Tさんのお手伝いをする中、再確認させられた事があります。
やはり日本でもしくは日本の病院で常識として通っていることが、中国の病院では常識で通らないという事です。（よく挙げられるのが、時間にルーズ、看護婦の間で伝達が行き届いていない等です）これら文化の違いから、ストレスに感じてしまう方も少なくないようです。また、病院での食事がどうしても口に合わず、大変お困りのようです。
当センタースタッフも重々承知なのですが、どうしてもお力になることが出来ず、歯がゆいばかりです。ただ、私共が唯一断言出来ることは、日本食は数品持参された方がよい、ということです。
本日、T.Tさん、A.Tさんからご連絡を頂き、無事に日本へご到着されたことを確認いたしました。
また、A.Tさんですが、長旅の為お疲れのご様子ですが、術前は重度の嚥下困難であったにも関わらず、ご帰国後は口から一回につき300ml補給できるようになったとの報告も受けました。よかったですね！
