K.Kさん、最近咳が出る為、医師に見てもらいました。
空気が乾燥しているせいもあるだろうし、また喘息にもかかったこともあるそうなので、北京の埃っぽい空気が合わないのかも知れません。
医師からアレルギーの薬を出してもらい、ネブライザーもすることになりました。
今日もリハビリで頑張ってしまい、ちょっとお疲れの様子です。
ただ、練習の成果か、アキレス腱が随分柔らかくなったようです。
立った時も前よりかかとが浮かなくなりました。

Y.Iさん、明日はいよいよ手術です。
医師や看護婦から色々と説明をしてもらい、少しは安心出来たようです。
ただやはり手術前日なので、夜にドキドキして眠れないかもしれないので、安眠剤を出してもらうこととなりました。
明日の手術に備え、夜7時に髪を剃り、9時頃に安眠剤をもらいます。
また、12時からは飲食禁止です。
明日の手術に備えて、今日はゆっくり休んで下さいね
