T.Mさん、痰は少し多いものの、鼻水は止まったようです。
今日は午前から精力的にリハビリ、トレーニングに励みました。
午前中から例の如く、マッサージを終え、作業療法のトレーニングをしました。その後、王先生の痛い治療を受けた後、午後からサイクリングマシーンで2時間ほど自主トレーニングをしました。腹式呼吸や手を握る練習も欠かしません。
最近皆(担当医や作業療法士や王先生、弊スタッフ、奥さんも)が感じていることですが、首が以前より力があるようで頭の位置が高いようです。また、呼吸をするにしても肩があまり動かなくなり、随分と自然になりました。指も以前より曲がるようになったようです。
成果が見えると、練習にも力が入りますよね！
これからも頑張っていきましょう！
